Description:

Since the 1920’s, immigration was based off of quotas from specific countries. In 1965, this system was gotten rid of in favor of a system that allowed more immigration from all countries. It made immigration easier by allowing things such as whole families to come over. This created a pull factor to America, as it made the process of coming to the country so much easier.
