Description:
Columbus and 3 ships tried to sail from Palos to the Indies. He wanted to go there to gain riches of gold, spices, and pearls. As Columbus landed in the New World he noticed many different things from what he had known. “Having landed, they saw trees very green, and much water, and fruits of diverse kinds.” This affects immigration in the United states because now that other people know this land exists more people will sail there to create new lives for themselves as word of this land spreads.
