jun 21, 1958 - The Extension of University Education Act
Description:
The Extension of University Education Act of 1959 was introduced to extend apartheid to tertiary education.
It brought an end to the practise of allowing a small number of universities, most notably the Universities of Cape Town and the Witwatersrand, to register students of all races on their academic courses.
All universities would no be required to admit students from just a single racial group, or in the case of African universities, a single tribe.
