Description:
Rabies is an animal virus that can be passed from animal to person via saliva or scratch. The main animals that carry rabies are: Bats (33.5%), Raccoons (28.6%), Skunks (21.0%), Foxes (6.4%), Cats (5.2%), Cattle (1.4%), and Dogs (1.2%).
Symptoms: : general weakness, discomfort, fever, headache. These can last for days. Also discomfort/itching from the infected wound. cerebral dysfunction, anxiety, confusion, agitation with even more time later it can also cause delirium, abnormal behavior, hallucinations, and insomnia.
Rabies can be inside a person dormant years before activating.
There isn't a treatment for rabies - there is if you get it almost right after because rabies is a slow acting virus however if you were to ignore it then eventually you wouldn't be able to be saved. Rabies is very fatal.
