During the 1980s a new software was introduced. It was called 'Vol Libre'. Vol Libre was able to generate 3d graphics for planes when it flies over rugged mountain area. Companies like the silicon graphics Inc. were created during this period. They created an in-build 3d computer graphics that would display colour and images on the screen.
