Description:
The march on Versailles was when all the women at a market in Paris were so fed up that they marched the 22 kilometers to Versaille to try to talk to the King. Only a couple succeeded but a few women snuck into the bedroom of Marie Antoinette! This is a very important moment because the women were able to convince Louis XVI to move back to Paris to be closer to the revolution.
