Description:

Homo Habilis, also known as, "Handy Man" were the first early humans to make tools, the tools they made were made out of stone. Homo Habilis were discovered by Louis and Mary Leakey. Homo Habilis were around when Homo Erectus were around. These early humans were taller than Australopithecus. Homo Habilis were around for 500,000. Their brains were bigger than Australopithecus, and they lived in groups. A primary source is the stone tools that Homo Habilis made. They could use this to see how the first tools were made, and how they evolved into greater tools.
