Henry Ford reinvents both the automobile and the manufacturing industries by introducing his affordable Model T car. This fuels a boom in Oil which is seen to this day.

The social impact of his production line process also changes the power dynamic of the working class - previously skilled workers are reduced to performing a single task repetitively throughout the day. This process can be trained easily,and does not require the high levels of skill previously needed. Its lessons are applied from everything from car manufacture to the preparation of fast-food.
