Description:

The president of the Duma, Rodzianko, telegraphed the Tsar when he realised the severity of the situation. Nicholas ordered the Duma to dissolve itself, and left a Temporary Committee behind to monitor. The Duma refuses to disband, resulting in troops JOINING the crowds.
