Description:
- 1942
- Bill-Bel tries to convince the ministers of New Zealand to get the country out of the ocean and into space however none of them want to hear it and order him to leave.
- His wife, Lar-Nah asks him about his rocket having only one seat. He tells her that it was all he had time to build. He holds their baby, Mun-Dee, one last time before he prepares to leave in the rocket however Lar-Nah tries to take it for herself. They get into a fight and baby Mun-Dee climbs into the tiny spacecraft as it sets off
- The rocket breaks through New Zealand's dome and crash-lands in Australia where Mr. and Mrs. Mundy take care of baby Mun-Dee, the Sniper.
