The German disarmament was for Germany to reduce their offensive weapons, later this called for other states around to do so as well. France refused in case of revival of German power. When Adolf Hitler rose to power he stated they are no longer going to be in the disarmament conference nor the League of Nations because there wasn't equality among the states.
