Representatives from 12 colonies, except Georgia met in Philadelphia in response to the Coercive Acts. They Debated about colonial course of action in which they should do next. They all agreed to write an appeal to the king to be able to remain art of the British. They all came to an agreement that they would continue to boycott and organize colonial militias within each colony.
