Description:

Chief Pontiac leads a major attack against colonial settlements on the western frontier. American Indians are angered by British expansion westward onto their lands and by British refusal to offer gifts as the French had done. Pontiac's alliance of Indians in the Ohio Valley destroys forts and settlements from New York to Virginia. The British send British troops to put down the uprising.
