Description:
In this act President Clinton reauthorized and went through the act making it a better act all around for the people that it involves. He made it so all the children with disabilities got the same curriculum as the students without disabilities. Along with this act all states were able to expand the "developmental delay" definition to children at birth to 5 years old.Added to timeline:
