apr 12, 4100000 BC - Australopithecus
Description:
1) they were the first apes to walk upright
2) lunate sulcus further to the right to help increase capacity for thought
3) they where about as tall as a modern 9 year old human
the picture above shows a austrolopithicus hip bone compaired to a human hip bone. my claim about this primary source is that this is when apes and chimpanzees started to evolve into animals more like Homo sapiens, from the similarities you can see in the picture.
the Australopithecus's migration path starts from east Africa, around Kenya, and then goes west towards chad, where evidence shows they stayed until extinction.
