Description:
This was the first meeting with the colonies acting united, representatives from all the colonists except Georgia gathered in Philadelphia. The goal of this meeting was to simply make peace with England, the resulting decision was to continue their boycott on British goods and to write a letter to the king expressing their concerns. However, along with that they also prepared a militia in case the letter isn’t accepted.
