Description:

The people of Paris stormed the Bastille on July 14, 1789 looking for gunpowder and weapons as they thought that King Louis was going to use military forces to dismiss the National Assembly. Others thought that foreign troops were coming to Paris to kill teh French. The mob was able to take control of the Bastille and thefall of the Bastille became a great act of revoluion as July 14 is independence day in France.
