Description:
A few miles off the coast of Louisiana in the Gulf of Mexico, the oil rig owned by BP, Deep Horizon exploded. The explosion killed 11 people and injured 17. About 5 billion barrels of crude oil were spilled and managed to pollute the coasts of Mississippi, Florida, Alabama, and Louisiana.
