The World Wide Web, also known as the Web or WWW, is an information space where interlinked hyper linked documents can be accessed by anyone.
The World Wide Web was created by Tim Berners-Lee while working at CERN in Sweden during the 80's and 90's. The creation of the web was important to the whole world as it changed how people connected with other people as well as companies, this was important to film and T.V studios as it gave them a new place to premote their products as well as get audence feedback.
