Description:
TV was invented by John Logie Baird in 1927. It was first demonstrated in San Francisco, to investors. They believed the invention would not be worth investing in, so he transmitted a dollar sign into the screen.This was important, seeming as the TV being invented allowed people to view film in their homes. It used to be limited to certain showings, but now the general consumer could watch moving images on the television.
