Description:

In 1773, Parliament passed the tea act, which made tea cheap and still with taxes. It was Parliament’s attempt to save the east India company. The colonists weren’t fooled as to see it was still taxation without representation. So, on dec. 16, 1773, the Sons of Liberty dressed as mohawk Natives and dumped the tea chests in the river.
