aug 29, 1923 - Corfu Incident

Description:

Corfu is an island owned by Greece. This caused a boarder dispute between Albania and Greece however, was escalated by Italian involvement. Italy send a general over to "help" the situation who is murdered on Greek land. Benito Mussolini furious issues an ultimatum which Greece does not fully accept. Mussolini defied the League occupying Corfu. This lasted until Sepetember 27th.
