Description:
The ruler of Al-Moharts was hearing the ruler of Castile launching raids on Muslim areas in east and the west which extended up to Seville. Al-Mansur al-Ya'qub was mad at them and he left his capital of Marrakesh for al-Andalus. in May 1195, he rached Cordova as resting place and start marching to bridge of Alarcos meet their enemies there. Fewer than 500 Muslim were martyrdom. AlMansur stayed there for a while after achieveing victory on Seville.
