On April 25th, a earthquake with a magnitude of 7.8 struck Nepal at 11:56 Nepal time. With an aftershock of 100 deaths, over 9,000 people were lost because of this . Another name for the Nepal earthquake is the "Gorkha earthquake". This massive earthquake damaged about 600,000 buildings.
