Description:

O and J had been growing apart. O tells J that he wants to move to become an instrumentalist-- a shock, as usually less accomplished cantors move into instrumentation. J gets him a mandolin. J is beginning to settle into his role as a general, and wanting to take a place in the capital's society by marrying into a strong family and having children. The break up is somewhat mutual. O goes back into the school to learn strings.
