Description:

- Alleged conspiracy of prominent Soviet medical specialists to murder leading government and party officials; the prevailing opinion of many scholars outside the Soviet Union is that Joseph Stalin intended to use the resulting doctors’ trial to launch a massive party purge.

- Doctors of highest rank party members

- These doctors are in the pay of the U.S. and have been poisoning leaders

- Shot, arrested, sent to slave labor system

- Early March 1953, Stalin is having meeting at his dacha outside of Moscow

- All of a sudden Stalin starts shaking and foaming at his mouth; they leave the room, lock the door and tell the staff of the dacha that he doesn't want to be disturbed

- Stalin still on floor, alive, but had a stroke

- March 12, 1953 HE DIES

- Leadership had not yet been removed
