Description:

Inferno says there's someone who'll be perfect for Tenseh to fight with. They say he's currently out on a mission in Zone 27, but he'll take him there anyway.

They go on a trip, where Inferno has a chat with Tenseh.

Inferno: So, tell me a little bit about you kid.
Tenseh: Well my name's Tenseh Fulgur and I come from Janton.
Inferno: Janton?! You mean in Zone 28?
Tenseh: Yeah! You know the place?
Inferno: I've been there a couple times. Is pops doing well?
Tenseh: Yeah! He's doing well.
Inferno: Damn, that place sure takes me back... and wait. Isn't Zone 28 near the Skealor-Mavlor border? How did you come so far?
Tenseh: Gustav teleported us here! It's one of his soul abilities.
Inferno: One of? So he has multiple?
Tenseh: I'm not really sure. It's something about him having 2 different halves of a soul bonded into one.
Inferno: Ah yes... I remember now. The other part of his soul belonged to a man named Sheros Gladarri. Is that correct?
Tenseh: Yeah! How did you know that?!
Inferno: I was there when it happened. In fact, Electra was the one who did it.
Tenseh: Woah! So, can you tell me more about the guy we're meeting!?
Inferno: He's my best friend. A very strong man with abilities very similar to yours. His name... is Raylon Fulgur.

Tenseh: F...fulgur? But that's my surname.
Inferno: It is? Oh yeah it is! Are you 2 related or something?
Tenseh: No clue. I've never heard of him in my life...
Inferno: Well, we better find out then won't we?

They arrive at a town near the mountains to stay. Everyone notices who Inferno is and he goes out giving autographs and taking selfies. They find Raylon in a fight with someone. It's against an alien type thing. It notices Tenseh and tries to kill him, but Raylon saves him. He meets up with him and Inferno. He sees Raylon's 2nd Soul too.

Raylon: Ferny? What are you doing here?
Inferno:(annoyed at the nickname) Well...Rayray. I have someone who needs a little of your assistance.
Raylon: (annoyed too) Yeah? Well maybe he can assist me in beating your ass!

they get in a fight and when Inferno tells him his name's Tenseh Fulgur they stop fighting.

Raylon: Hold up. Tenseh Fulgur... is you?
Tenseh: Do you know me?

Raylon hugs him.
Raylon: Do I know you? Do I KNOW you, you're my twin bro's son!
Tenseh: So... you know my dad?
Raylon: Knew.
Tenseh: What, is he dead?
Raylon: Sorry to break it to you, but yes. He died when you were really young. In the war against The Master Race 15 years ago.
Tenseh: My mother too? (he gets sad)
Raylon: Yeah. The Master Race killed her too.
Tenseh: Can you tell me more about it? (almost about to cry)
Raylon: You aren't ready yet. I'll tell you when the time comes.
Tenseh: O-o-o-k-kay-y.....

Raylon hugs him again.
Raylon: I'm sorry boy. I know it may be hard, trying to find your parents your whole life and then realising they're gone. You parents are the one's who love you most. But I promise to always be there for you as if you were my own. You're what my brother left behind in this world after all. Is that okay for you?
Tenseh: Y-yeah...
Raylon: Good! So, how's everyone at Janton?
Tenseh: They're good! So, what was my dad like?
Raylon: Not gonna lie, he was just like you (laughs)
Inferno: So, Ray. Did you complete the mission?
Raylon: Sure did.
