Description:
In response to the Jewish revenge attack, an Arab mob rampaged through the streets of Jaffa, killing Jews that came in their path and destroying property. The mob reached the Jewish-owned Anglo-Palestine bank; while there, the British Mandatory policed tried defending themselves by firing into the mob, killing two Arabs. That action struck great anger to the mob which resulted in even more deaths of Jews on the streets.
