Description:

Treaty of Paris (aka Treaty of 1763) was a treaty signed due to the Great Britain’s victory over the seven year’s war with Spain, France, and Portugal. The treaty formally ended the French and Indian War. Although Britain and France returned each of their territory in North America, Britain gained control over Canada, east of the Mississippi.
