This date was the day that Scottish citizens got there vote to stay in the Union or become independent. They ended up staying within the union with 55.3% wanting to stay and 44.7% wanting to leave. There is a possibility of them wanting a second reform in the near future. There is even a possibilty that if there is a second reform that Scotland could become independent from The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
