apr 11, 1943 - James Wakasa shot in chest by guard

Description:

James was walking to the fence, unable to hear the guards warnings. He was shot in the chest. The WRA denied a funeral for James, eventually the WRA allowed a funeral for James. The guard however was not accused for shooting at James.
This was a negative action from Utah where they were not working together.
