Description:

During the month of January, I began learning Japanese beacuse of how interesting, different, and unique the culture and subcultures (such as anime) are. Of course I couldn't abandon the Caribbean-American culture I was born with beacuse not only would that be wrong, it would also make me a *cringes* weeaboo. Therefore, I simply incorporate a little Japanese into my everyday life with the help of my trusty Genki textbook.
