The national health services is the 4 public health care systems in the united kingddom they claim that media has been exaggerating the benefits of super foods. Stating that in reality the benefits that are being advertised with super foods are not as true as there made out to be meaning that by eating a blueberry you will never get cancer there are products that are being falsely advertised and the national health service is against the belief that super foods are beneficial to your health status.
