I lost my first 20 pounds by counting calories. Once I started to notice changes in my body, I began focusing on weight loss for me as well. I wanted to lose weight to feel better, be healthier and look better for myself. Counting Calories consumed my daily life even though I was not good at it. But I eventually learned.
