Description:
The Pax Romana was simply a peace treaty that was supplied and enforced by the Greek government. It put an end to the skirmishes and the civil disturbances that had pained the government for so long. The Pax Romana was beneficial because it helped facilitate efficient trade and communication throughout the Mediterranean Sea. Although there were occasional scuffles, the Pax Romana was a surprisingly impressive feat pulled off by the Greek government. (2.3)
