mar 18, 1766 - Declaratory Act 1766

Description:

The Declaratory Act made it so any law passed by parliament would be absolute in the colonies. The act was passed after the killing of the Stamp Act and gave parliament full legal control of the colonies. This would end up having future laws causing more outrage due to taxation without representation.
