Description:

This was following the Progressive Era, which was trying to solve all problems. The 19th amendment gave all people no matter the sex the right to vote (womens rights to vote). This is important because now that slavery was solved, they fixed the sexism and woman were now equal to men, allowing the females to vote as well.
