jan 1, 1867 - Reconstruction (Triumph 2)

Description:

The Reconstruction Acts of 1768, were laws that were created that the south was divided into 5 districts and governed by military governers until acceptable state constitutions could be written by Congress. All males regardless of race, were permitted to participate in the constitutional conventions that formed the new government in each state. This created conflict because racism used to be a big thing but now the race does not matter.
