dec 16, 1773 - The Boston Tea Party
Description:
The Boston Massacre didn't spark huge protests from the colonists as some patriots hoped but eventually, the king made another law that the colonists didn't like. This was the Tea Act. It declared that the colonists could only buy British Tea. In protest, the colonists dressed up as indians and dumped millions of pounds of British Tea into the ocean.
