Description:
- Egypt and Syria “invade” the Sinai and Golan (This isn’t really and invasion because this was originally their land)-This is a surprise attack because Sadat had been claiming that he would start a war and then wouldn’t (essentially he cried wolf)
- US resupplies Israel, giving Israel the upper hand (Makes it go poorly for Egypt and Syria)
- ends with UN Res. 338→ ceasefire
