Description:
The Southeast Asia Treaty Organization is dissolved. The members, unfortunately, had different agendas, such as those of Pakistan, whose appeals for assistance in its wars with India were met with little response from other members. Both Pakistan and France were against American intervention in Vietnam, and slowly but steadily the members left, until SEATO was officially dissolved.Added to timeline:
