Park Geun Hye was a former president of South Korea. She served as the 18th president of South Korea from 2013 to 2017. Also she was the first woman to be the president in South Korea. Park Geun Hye is known as one of the worst presidents. She started of quite well but there was many issues about her that made her the worst president. It happened in 2014 when MV sewol crashes. MV sewol’s tragedy which killed 304 people, mostly students going to a trip, is considered to be one of the deadliest disaster that happened in South Korea. The “ 7 hour Mystery ”, after the crash they immediately told it to the president but they couldn’t get in contact with the president for 7 hours. Because she didn’t do anything for 7 hours she was the one who basically killed 304 people. More than just ignoring citizen’s voice she shared the government secrets to her friend, Choi Soon Sil. On March 10th 2017 she was kicked out from being a president. Later on in the court, the three judges found 16 out of 18 charges true and sentenced Park Geun Hye 24 years in prison and 118,500,000,000 won (US$110,579,397).
All the things she did proves that she is one of the worst presidents ever.
