In an attempt to soften the tensions between the Houses of Valcor and Karmæn, King Toven of Oipientia invited the head of the House of Karmæn, Rikjoert Karmæn, to Kueplios. However, it did not go to plan as Rikjoert had plotted to overthrow Toven and kill him.
