may 10, 1773 - The Tea Act

Description:

This act allowed a British company to have complete control of the American tea market/ Before this act the company was restricted from selling tea in the colony. This gave way for outrage and ultimately lead to Boston Tea party(sons of liberty). This act is often call the "final straw" in a range of unpopular policies.
