Description:

Mahmud II took over from his father who was killed for trying to lead a jannisary reformation as they became too internally loyal and refused to follow orders. Mahmud formed his own secret jannisary and trained them in the middle of the desert. One day he asked the warriors to follow a new order he issued (something most likely ridiculous that he knew they'd reject). They did reject his order, he accused them all of treason and had his secret jannisary execute ALL of them.
