Siri is a voice activated virtual assistant that has been built in to all Apple devices since the iPhone 4S. It first began as an application developed by SRI International, which Apple later acquired an integrated into their operating system. Siri can answer seemingly meaningless questions as well as check bus routes, the weather, etc. Furthermore, Siri learns the habits and preferences of the user over time which allows it to suggest actions based on how the user uses it.Added to timeline:
