Description:
The analytical machine was the first general-purpose computer. Invented by Charles Babbage, this machine could perform any calculations presented to it, and consisted of four components; the mill, the store, the reader, and the printer.
This computer brought up the idea of storing memory in a computer, which is common in today's computers. The printer of this machine is also prominent in technology today. This was one of the first machines that had a decision making ability.
