Description:

GE and FR promise not to go to war w/ each other for a generation. Same arrangement with Belgium and the demilitarized zones in which GE was forbidden to station troops by the treaty of Versailles. Britain and Italy guaranteed these frontiers.

Also decided that FR would guarantee the Czech and Polish borders (BR refused to guarantee GE's eastern borders).

Brought GE back into the circle of great powers.

Also sinister - implicitly said GE's western frontiers were more important than easter. BR's distinction b/w frontiers that she would/n't guarantee undermined the general obligations of the Covenant.
