jun 11, 1515 - Etchning
Description:
This process was first used in 1515 and is the process in which you use a strong acid on a metal in order to cut into the unprotected parts and create an image from said unprotected parts. However in modern times, other substances may be used in order to get a similar effect as the strong acid such as chemicals. The process is not very flexible as it can only be done on metal.
