Description:

Carries two turtles on a mission to orbit the moon. Other life forms such as bacteria, plants, seeds, meal worms, and wine flies were carried on board. The shuttle has a mannequin with radiation sensors in the pilot's seat. The reentry capsule lost its altitude sensor upon reentry, causing the capsule to deploy its parachute 7 km above the drop zone. All lifeforms survived space travel and reentry.
